At Cecil & Lou, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with original tags. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and have all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
